Location is perfect for flying in and out of Houston From Hobby airport. The fire alarm went off at 5 AM and the staff did an incredible job of keeping everyone informed once people discovered it was an actual potential fire situation.

Breakfast was pretty good. Liked that they had a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. That was what we were looking for though. Not any restaurants close by. We had to order deliver. They offered a few options to buy snacks, drinks, and microwave food in the lobby. Staff was friendly.

It was very quiet and peaceful. Valencia at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY amazing and very accommodating. I had a little hiccup with my stay on the first night (she knows what i,m talking about..lol) but she made sure that I was good. She also gave me recommendations of where to go in Houston.. The rest of the hotel staff was very nice and friendly..breakfast was great.. Location was great as well, I was within 10-20 mins away from everything.most def would stay again.

Employees were all nice. The location was out of the way yet close to the airport. The room was nicely sized. It was clean. Shuttle convenient.

I was very pleased with the quality of my room. It is what I would expect, when staying at a hotel. I just stayed at a La Quinta in New Orleans, in May, that was falling apart and not kept up. I had already made your reservation so I decided to keep it and I am very glad I did.

Close to airport and shuttle from 6AM -11:45PM. Very comfortable room and very helpful staff and really good breakfast selections

It was surprisingly clean and the staff was very nice. Very close to airport and the shuttle was very nice. The hotel smelled very fresh

We rested well in preparation for our cruise from Galveston. The location was great, near the parking facility for the airport, and we were able to meet our shuttle to the cruise port in Galveston. The cost for the accommodation was very reasonable.

The room was much larger than I expected. It was right next to the elevator so I feared it might be loud, but I never heard a hint of elevator noise. The room was quiet and the bed was very good. Breakfast was simple but did include waffles, scrambled eggs and hot sausages. It was just a five minute drive from the Hobby Airport, so after a long day of travelling, I was quickly able to kick off my shoes and go to sleep.
